Question: What is the up-turning pneumatic strut used on cabinet like in your factory? According to the scope of application, how should we choose the proper one for our cabinet?

1. Up-turning pneumatic strut A (YS337-A)

  This is a upturning pneumatic strut. When its door board opening up to 10cm, the door will lift up vertically by itself.This function can make neither impact force nor noise, beside, it is place-saving and silent when door closing softly.

  And the weight capacity of the strut is related to the pneumatic force,

  the nomal using specification is 150N,

  its weight capacity is about 2.5-3.5KG ;

  200N with the weight capacity is 3-5KG;

  250N with the weight capacity is 4-6KG;

  300N with the weight capacity is 6-8KG.

 Owing to the large capacity, this up-turning pneumatic strut system also need specified cabinet size. Its minimum door width is 340MM, and when it working, a synchronizing bar with 535MM length will take part in the activity and make a stable state.

2. Vertical up-turning pneumatic strut B(YS337-B)

  Except the same specification of A, B has no metal lid for covering the gas spring.

  In addition, if applied to the door with lower weight capacity, it is suggested that the gas spring strut with up-opening and down-opening designs is the good choice.
